National Vice President of Growth, Brands by Integra
28 years in real estate. Sold at a high level. Built companies at the executive level. Now driving growth across multiple brands, with the right operators.
Production and attraction are the same flywheel.
Production builds the credibility that makes attraction work. Attraction builds the leverage that protects production. One needle moves the other.
Most of this industry is selling the finish line and skipping the middle. We build the middle. The people teaching it are still in the business, in the arena, operating.
Almost 30 years. Still in it.
I started as a producer. Learned how to close, how to build a book of business, and how to help people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their life. From there I moved into leadership and spent the years since holding VP-level roles inside multiple national franchises and national real estate companies, helping agents scale their businesses from the inside.
What I've watched the whole way is an industry that keeps splitting itself in two. One side focused on production. The other side focused on attraction. And lately, an epidemic of attractors who skip production entirely because they're convinced attraction is the elevator out of doing the work.
I've done it the wrong ways and the right ways. The truth is the same on both: building a strong book of business is a powerful thing. Building an organization is a powerful thing. Building the whole business — production and attraction together — is the beautiful play. One without the other is just an incomplete business. Most people try to shortcut it. The ones who don't are the ones I want to be in a room with.
I love this industry. I love helping people. I love the work. The whole job now is to squeeze every drop of juice out of what's in front of me and help the operators in my world do the same.
