I started as a producer. Learned how to close, how to build a book of business, and how to actually help people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their life. Then I figured out how to do that at scale.

I moved into executive leadership in 2011. Since then I've served as VP for multiple national franchises and as Partner and COO for an organization with over 15,000 real estate professionals. I know what it takes to grow a company — and the people inside one.

Right now I'm VP of Growth at ENRG Realty, a virtual brokerage doing things differently and growing fast.
