I started as a producer. Learned how to close, how to build a book of business, and how to actually help people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their life. Then I figured out how to do it at scale.

I moved into executive leadership in 2011. Since then I've served as VP for multiple national franchises and as Partner and COO for an organization with over 15,000 real estate professionals. I've built companies for other people for a long time. Now I'm building my own.

The Operators Group is the community I'm building. ENRG Realty is where we all hang our licenses. The mission is the same as it's always been — grow companies and grow people. Just on my own terms now.
